About Us

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back.

Varmam

Varma Art is the traditional art of India. It originated in present-day Kanyakumari district in southern India.

In the tradition of the Siddhas, Varma means “flow of states of life”. A total of 108 Varma stages (points) are defined in the body. The points on our body where life energy resides are identified as Verma points. Varma points spread all over the body are what drive the human body.

This Varma energy that travels throughout the body regulates the three flows of ventilation, heat and blood circulation and keeps the body healthy.

These are the sources of the human body. If these are affected, the functionality of the human body is affected.

The basic aim of Varma medicine is to stimulate these points using palms, fingers, etc. to cure diseases.

They are used to stimulate energy, cure disease and stimulate the immune system.

Varma combines massage, alternative medicine, traditional yoga and martial arts.

Varma therapy can cure many diseases including migraine, back pain, joint pain, hip pain, arthritis, joint slippage, diabetes, insomnia, stress, uterine and menstrual problems, kidney disorders, stroke, nerve disorders, spinal cord disorders, and joint disorders.

Types of Varma

The advantage of Varma art is that it works well in combination with other medical systems like homeopathy, Siddha and Ayurveda.
