About Us

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method. It is used to cure many health ailments and relieve symptoms like pain.

Acupuncture means stimulating points on our body with fine needles to cure our diseases. All these points are located in the next layer of the skin of our body. It can also be called power flow.

Acupuncture aims to restore energy by pricking or touching acupuncture points (acupoints) throughout the body with needles. The body has hundreds of acupoints and 14 main meridians, also known as energy-carrying channels.

An acupuncturist inserts very thin steel needles into several “acupoints” on the patient’s skin. This process rebalances the body’s energy and stimulates the body to release natural chemicals secreted by the body to fight disease or symptoms.

The World Health Organisation has listed 250 diseases that can be treated with acupuncture

Acupuncture provides solutions for all kinds of ailments. It also cures chronic ailments. It has no side effects. The aim of this treatment is to find the cause of the disease and eliminate that cause accordingly.

Acupuncture needles are usually made of stainless steel, making them flexible and preventing rusting or breaking.

Treatment

Hundreds of clinical studies on the benefits of acupuncture have shown that it can successfully treat conditions like musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, neck pain and other pains, migraines, anxiety, depression, insomnia and infertility.

Instead of needles, other forms of stimulation are sometimes used at acupuncture points:
